Dare to Run is proud to partner with the Girl Scouts of Greater New York for their Girl's Leadership Institute on February 11th, 2023 at Barnard College. A special shout out to Kristen Glass, Abby Whipker, Raziyah Eure and Maggie Vasquez for their amazing work and for partnering with Dare to Run, Inc to make this year's Girl's Leadership Institute happen! Dare to Run Founder and CEO Rachelle Suissa had the distinct pleasure of teaching Foundations of Your Campaign, the Introductory Level Class, to the Ambassadors of 11th and 12th Grade. The Foundations of Your Campaign Class featured an in-depth discussion of her values, leadership traits, and why she wants to run for office. In addition, we looked at messaging, through Activities Such as the Message Box, and What are Your Core Issues? Campaign Worksheet, where the girls defined three issues they are most passionate about in their home communities. What an awesome day! The future looks so bright.
